Plan for an additional fee. McU Sports & Bikeflights.com cannot and do not guarantee that your properly packed bicycle or gear will not be accidentally damaged or lost during transit.

The Premium Protection Plan provides limited protection for the properly packed bicycle contents of your box or case, but not for the case itself. Coverage applies only while the shipment is in the carrier’s possession. IT DOES NOT COVER PACKAGES THAT HAVE GONE MISSING OR ARE STOLEN AFTER DELIVERY. Your package will be delivered with a signature required.

If your order ships via PirateShip.com, you’ll have the option to add their protection plan – InsureShield Shipping Insurance for an additional fee. InsureShield provides limited protection for the properly packed bicycle contents of your shipment during transit, including coverage for theft after delivery. Your package will be shipped with a signature required whenever possible.
