The C.A.S. fit system gives you the ability to truly customize your ski boot for an absolute personal fit. The anatomical shape of the liner and shell are the key to a great out-of-the-box fit. The closer the liner and shell match the natural shape of the foot, the better the fit and performance will be.
C.A.S. Shell
The CAS shell has an anatomical shape that matches the foot shape. This allows for a better out-of-the-box fit. The dimples on the shell reduces surface tension and facilitate the thermo customization process, making boot fitters’ life easier. The shell materials allow better and longer retainment of the customized shape.
N.F.S Liner
Anatomically pre-shaped internal padding, Custom thermoformable with hot air,Extra thick soft padding offers comfort and warmth
QUICK INSTEP
Utilizes softer plastic over the instep area that allows the shell to open easier as you are entering or exiting the boot.
LIFT LOCK BUCKLES
Innovative Lift Lock system holds the buckles up and out of the way so they don’t catch while getting in or out of your boots.
MECHANICAL CUFF ADAPT
The mechanical Cuff Adapt is made to customize the volume of the upper part of the boot. Thanks to the easy bottom system everyone can personalize the cuff fit on their needs for a better skiing experience.

The ability to obtain regenerated material with homogeneous and known mechanical characteristics will allow a wider use of them in the production on new ski-boots.
MATERIAL TRACIABILITY PROGRAM
QR will provide a precise description of all the materials used in the production of the specidic ski-boot, allowing a more precise and consistent regeneration of those materials. This will result in better quality and more possibility to reuse in new ski-boots production.

Ability Level
Skiers that are new to their sport — they are typically less confident and perhaps cautious about their approach to the mountain. These new skiers are typically eager to learn quickly but struggle with controlling turns and speed. Equipment might include shorter, easier-to-maneuver skis and softer / more comfort specific ski boot.

Skiers that have moved beyond the basics and feel more comfortable on the slopes making strong parallel turns with solid edge control. These skiers are exploring more of the mountain and ski the majority of the runs at most resorts, but still improving their skills to take on the hardest runs with confidence. The majority of intermediate skiers can adjust and manage their speed while adjusting to a variety of terrain and snow conditions.

Flex – Medium
Given the needs and level of every skiers, they project models with different flex, thanks to the combination of different plastics. Tecnica ski boots are divided into: HARD (flex man 140-120/woman 115-95), MEDIUM (flex man 110-90/woman 85-75) e SOFT (flex man 80-60/woman 65-55).
HARD: for expert and more robust skiers
MEDIUM: for intermediate and/or medium-sized
SOFT: for beginners or lighter skiers

Width – HV
The width of foot’s sole changes from person to person, that’s why their ski boots have different volumes to meet the needs of every skier. Tecnica ski boots are divided into: LV (low – from 93 to 98mm), MV (mid – from 99 to 100mm) and HV (high – 103mm).
LV: for skiers with narrow foot’s sole or for those who prefer a more enveloping and precise fit
MV: for skiers with medium foot’s sole or for those who prefer a regular fit
HV: for skiers with a wide foot’s sole or for those who prefer a comfortable fit
