Lacrosse Instruction with T.J. Wilcomb

McU Sports is happy to offer Group or Individual Lacrosse Lessons with T.J. Wilcomb.  T.J. played for Boise High and has been teaching lacrosse at camps and has coached several teams for over a decade.  Here is how it works:

  • You must reserve a spot through our Downtown Store at 342-7734.  Ask for BJ or Joe.
  • All lessons take place at Municipal Park (on Walnut, S of Warm Springs...look for the McU Sports banner.)
  • Lessons start on July 19th at 7am, 8am, 9am and 10am on weekdays only and will last about an hour.
  • Lessons run $25 per individual.  Call us for Lax stixgroup rates.
  • Equipment you need to bring: Lacrosse stick, water, shoes/cleats.  Helmet, pads, etc. are optional (all of this equipment is available at the Downtown Store.

Classes will cover everything from proper stretching to shooting to strategy and rules and he can even show you some fun tricks.  Hope to see you there!
